Biography

Daniel R. Lavoie is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience representing both commercial and personal clients in a broad range of industries including real estate, real estate finance, industrial, music and entertainment, as well as risk management and insurance. Through strategic advice, Mr. Lavoie counsels clients on a wide range of legal issues from contract negotiations, to transactional due diligence and regulatory compliance, to licensing and brand management, to dispute resolution and litigation.
